Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to log your return or exchange request.
Pack the Product
Securely pack the unused items in their original Bata box along with the original invoice and any promotional tags.
Courier Collection
Our designated courier partner will collect the parcel from your doorstep, or you may be requested to drop it at the nearest Bata outlet.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item passes our quality inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
