Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities and up to 7 working days for remote areas across Pakistan.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item within 15 days of purchase at any Bata retail outlet or by sending it back to our warehouse, provided the original receipt and packaging are intact.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email which you can use on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment.
Are the sizes mentioned on the website standard?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Bata Pakistan only ships orders within Pakistan. We do not offer international delivery services at this time.
